In a pot of salted boiling water, cook elbow macaroni until al dente. Cut Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdog and carrots into 1 centimeter cubes. Finely chop white onion, garlic and bell pepper. In a pan, saute white onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft. Add chopped carrot and hotdog into the pan, and cook. Add chili flakes and mix. Add tomato paste, and mix well. Add canned tomato, mix well, and simmer for 15 mins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grate Magnolia Cheese. In a pot, melt butter, and add flour. Stir mixture until flour is cooked. Add cold Magnolia Fresh Milk into the pot, and whisk until there are no more lumps. Simmer untiil the mixture thickens. Add cooked macaroni into TJ Hotdog sauce and mix well. Place pasta into a casserole. Top with white sauce and sprinkle shredded cheese. Bake in the oven until Magnolia Cheese melts and turns golden brown.
