Purefoods Corned Beef

Potato

Red onion

Magnolia Fresh Brown Egg

Magnolia All-Purpose Flour

Unsalted butter

Paprika
1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Sour cream
1 tbsp
Dried dill
1 tsp
Dried parsley
1 tsp
Onion powder
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Salt

Directions

Peel potatoes, and grate them into cold water. Thinly slice an onion. In a large mixing bowl, crack a Magnolia Fresh Brown Egg, add Magnolia All Purpose Flour, Paprika, Salt and pepper, mix together. In a medium hot pan, cook Purefoods Corned Beef, and transfer to a strainer. Press out excess moisture from the Purefoods Corned Beef and add to the mixing bowl. Drain the grated potato, squeeze out the maximum amount of water, add into the large mixing bowl, and mix well. In another medium hot pan, add some oil and Magnolia Unsalted Butter, add a scoop of the hashbrown mixture. Flip hasbrown once it turns golden brown. In a separate mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
