Ingredients

Magnolia Nutri Oil
1 tsp
Colored sprinkles
1 tbsp
Classic Honeycured Bacon
2 slices (slice each into 3)
Magnolia Vanilla Ice Cream
2 (200 g) cups
Magnolia All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp
Magnolia Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 (180 g) pack

Directions

Grease 6 individual ovenproof or disposable aluminum muffin cups with oil. Set aside. In a bowl, combine ice cream and pancake and waffle mix. Add in sprinkles. Divide batter into muffin cups. Top with bacon. Bake in the oven toaster on high or bake in the oven set at 350 F for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Rotate ice cream pancake cups halfway through baking.
