Ingredients

Purefoods Fiesta Ham
1 kg (cubed)
Garlic, minced
2 tbsp
White onion
2 tbsp (chopped)
Red bell pepper
1/2 cup (chopped)
Green bell pepper
1/2 cup (chopped)
Cayenne pepper
2 tsp
Paprika
2 tsp
Ground pepper
1/4 tsp
Magnolia Gold Butter
1/4 cup (unsalted)
Magnolia Nutri Oil
1 tbsp
Fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Salt

Directions

In a pan, heat oil and butter. Saute onion first for 2 minutes until it becomes translucent. Add garlic, then saute until it turns golden brown. Add the red and green bell pepper. Continue sauteing for 2 more minutes. Add the cubed Fiesta Ham and continue sauteing until all the ingredients are well-combined. Add the white onion and let it reduce for 10 minutes. Add the cayenne pepper and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley leaves. Serve hot.
