Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) – Anthony Bourdain, best-selling author, chef and host of CNN's “Parts Unknown,” delighted Filipino fans when he ate at a Filipino fast food chain in Manila.

It was not Bourdain's first time to try Jollibee.

In one of the episodes of "Parts Unknown" in 2013, he drove through a Jollibee branch in Los Angeles, California and ordered its signature Amazing Aloha Burger.

"That's a very tasty burger," the American chef said.

He also tried Halo-halo, another Filipino favorite dessert.

In his award-winning travelogue, Bourdain "travels across the globe to uncover little-known destinations and diverse cultures."
