Joanna Eden, the country's bet for Miss Supranational 2016, landed among the top 25 candidates in the pageant that was held in Krynica Zdroj, Poland early today.

Twenty-year-old Eden, who hails from Mandaluyong, earlier posted a message of thanks to fans on her Instagram account.

She said, "I'd like to thank absolutely everyone that has been a part of this journey. This will be for you PH, and for You. I'll give my 120% and the rest is in His hands."

Seventy-one candidates vied for the title, which was won by Miss India, Srinidhi Shetty.

First runner-up was Valeria Vespoli of Venezuela, and Suriname's Jaleesa Pigot second runner-up
