Tropical depression 'Nando' exits PH territory

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 23) — Tropical depression "Nando" has exited the Philippine territory, the country's weather bureau said on Saturday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said 'Nando' is located 435 km west northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan as of 9 p.m.

It has maximum winds of 45 kph near the center and gustiness of 60 kph.

Nando is forecast to move west northwest at 24 kph.

PAGASA said the tropical depression brought moderate to heavy rains to Zambales and Bataan.

Metro Manila, the rest of Central Luzon, Mindoro, and Palawan experienced light to moderate rains, the weather bureau added.

No typhoon cyclone warning signals have been hoisted.
