Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 13) — They were told to put their right hands over their left, but two ASEAN world leaders were still confused with the ceremonial handshake.

U.S. President Donald Trump, who was standing beside President Rodrigo Duterte and  Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc, was briefly confused during the ceremonial handshake onstage. He laughed and grimaced until he got it right.

Russia Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev kept it simple and did not cross his arms for the handshake.
