Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 6) — Actor Paolo Ballesteros is known for his make-up transformations, but now he takes the crown as the queen of the universe.

Ballesteros transformed himself into newly-crowned Miss Universe 2017 Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, who hails from South Africa.

He posted his make-up transformation on his Instagram page on Tuesday, with the caption, "DEMI-SORYA from SOUTH AFRICA!"

He copped Nel-Peters' top knot hairstyle and her poised demeanor during the evening gown competition of the pageant on November 27.

Nel-Peters is in the Philippines with other Miss Universe winners to promote the country's tourism.

Ballesteros has posted several makeup transformations of himself as local and international celebrities through the years.

This isn't the first time the "Die Beautiful" star transformed into a beauty queen: He has copied the looks of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Colombia 2015 Ariadna Gutierrez, and Miss Jamaica 2014 Kaci Fennell.

His role in indie film "Die Beautiful" earned him citations, where he played a transgender woman whose dying wish was to be dressed as a different celebrity each night of her wake.
