PAGASA said there will be light to moderate rains in Batangas, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Quezon, Tarlac and Laguna, which may persist within three hours.

The bad weather in Luzon is still caused by the rains brought by the southwest monsoon (Habagat).
