The Presidential Communications Operations Office erred in the name of the late former National Security Adviser Roilo Golez.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 16) — Social media is not letting up on its reactions to the recent blunders of the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

Earlier, netizens asked where the state of "Norwegia" is after the PCOO made a mistake in its Facebook page while referring to Norway. This time, the state communications arm erred in the name of the late former National Security Adviser Roilo Golez.

In PCOO's post, where they showed President Rodrigo Duterte visiting Golez's wake, they referred to the late official as "Rogelio."

Twitter lit up with reactions. While some made fun of the gaffe, others expressed displeasure for the mistakes PCOO committed.

Golez son, Parañaque City Vice Mayor Rico Golez, asked PCOO and other media outfits to correct the mistake.

The PCOO has since fixed the error.
