Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 8) — Want to adopt an adorable and smart dog? The retired police dogs of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) are in need of your love, cuddles, and boops.

Thirteen retired dogs of PDEA are up for adoption.

"The following Narcotic Detection Dogs (NDDs) have greatly helped PDEA in executing its duties to rid our country of illegal drugs. These dogs who are now retired need a family and a forever home where they will be treated as HEROES and simply be dogs," it wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.

PDEA assured the K9s are well-behaved, while some are hyper or shy. Each dog's description can be found in the caption.

Those interested to adopt will have to fill up the necessary paperwork. The adoption is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
