Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Troy Rosario, the second overall pick in the 2015 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Rookie Draft, was shipped to the Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters in a three-team trade involving the NLEX Road Warriors and the Mahindra Enforcers.

The PBA approved the deal on Tuesday (August 25).

In a move that beefed up Talk 'N Text's frontline, Rosario will join top pick Moala Tautuaa in a team led by Asia's top point guard Jayson Castro and Ranidel de Ocampo.

In return, Mahindra acquired Rob Reyes and sophomore guard Kevin Alas, who was then sent to NLEX Road Warriors for Aldrech Ramos and Nino Canaleta.

In the other trade, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel let go of guards Josh Urbiztondo, Eman Monfort, and Jens Knuttel for Barako Bull's Nico Salva and the team's own 2016 first round draft pick.

The league also approved the trade that sent San Miguel Beer's Jeric Fortuna to Barako Bull for Brian Heruela.

Heruela will play alongside college teammate June Mar Fajardo. Fortuna won two titles with the Beermen before getting traded.
