Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The Rain or Shine Elasto Painters trounced the hapless Mahindra Floodbuster, 105-83, on Wednesday night at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

They established a 29-point halftime cushion behind its red-hot shooting from beyond the arc.

Jericho Cruz had 15 points, three rebounds, and four assists.

New addition James Yap contributed 11 points. He also achieved a career milestone by moving to fifth in the all-time three-pointers made list.

Meanwhile, Alex Mallari once again led the Floodbuster with a double-double performance of 10 points and 10 rebounds to lead Mahindra.

Elasto Painters coach Caloy Garcia fielded all 15 players in the match with only Ronnie Matias failing to join the scoring party.

Rain or Shine remains unbeaten and share the top spot in the standings with Blackwater, while Mahindra fell to 0-2.
