Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 12) — Stephen Curry is heading to Manila as part of his Asia Tour, just months after winning this year's National Basketball Association's (NBA) championship.

Sports apparel brand Under Armour announced in a tweet it will bring Curry to the country.

From September 6 to 8, the three-time NBA champion will take part in basketball clinics to share his skills and knowledge to Filipino fans.

Curry first visited Manila in 2015.

"I can't wait to return to Asia with Under Armour and celebrate our third title with my fans in the Philippines, China and Japan," Curry said. "Coming back to Manilla and Tokyo again is exciting, as my previous experiences were so much fun there."

The Warriors guard was named back-to-back Most Valuable Player in 2015 and 2016.
