Philippine National Police Chief Ronald Dela Rosa says he is satisfied with the security protocols in place for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit. Dela Rosa made his rounds this afternoon within the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex and at the multi-agency command center in Pasay City. Superintendent Maria Cristina Nobleza and Abu Sayyaf member Reinerlo Dongon are now in Camp Crame after they were flown-out of Bohol Tuesday morning. The PNP was quiet about the transfer of the two 'high-risk' detainees, and there were no sightings of them during their transfer to Crame. PNP Chief Ronald Dela Rosa says the two will undergo tactical interrogation and will be held inside the PNP Custodial Center.
