Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 17) — American singer David Archuleta is back in the Philippines.

The "American Idol" Season 7 runner-up tweeted a photo on Monday showing him with his fans, which he called "Archies."

Archuleta will hold a concert on October 20 at the KIA Theater in Quezon City.

The 26-year-old artist also revealed that his new album, "Postcards in the Sky," will be released on the same day.

Archuleta was known for his 2008 hit songs "Crush" and "A Little Too Not Over You."

He first had a back-to-back concert in the Philippines with "American Idol" Season 7 winner David Cook in 2009.

In 2012, Archuleta released his fourth studio album, "Forevermore," exclusively to the Philippines, which contained his renditions of famous Filipino songs.
