Manila (CNN Philippines Life) — IV of Spades members Blaster Silonga, Badjao de Castro, and Zild Benitez started the year with a pleasant surprise, through the release of their debut album “CLAPCLAPCLAP!”

Benitez likens coming up with the album to having a child or a baby. He says, “At first you don’t want it it to be exposed to the real world because you’re too scared. You’re having this fear of losing ownership. But I think we should let the world hear what we experience and what we’re thinking of.”

“CLAPCLAPCLAP!” is also available on Apple Music, Spotify, and iTunes Store. In this video, they talk about what it was like making their first full-length album.
