Unidentified gunmen fired upon a Ford SUV leaving the Infinity Bar, owned by businessman and alleged drug lord Peter Lim.

Cebu City (CNN Philippines) — A security guard of a bar was killed while three others were wounded in a shooting incident in Cebu City Friday evening.

The police reported a group of men in a white pick-up truck opened fire at a Ford SUV about to leave the Infinity KTV at 11:45 p.m.

Security guard Wilson Bucay, who suffered from multiple gunshot wounds, died on the spot.

Meanwhile, another security guard George Lambating and two German nationals who passed by the area were also wounded in the incident.

Police recovered 53 empty shells of M16 rifle aside from four live M16 ammunition in front of the bar.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Ford SUV, with plate number ZKZ-361, fled the scene and headed toward the Asia Power Residences in the Cebu I.T. Park, two kilometers away from the bar.

The driver of the car and the gunmen remain unidentified.

Cebu City Police director Joel Doria said the security guards at the condominium refused to identify the SUV driver.

Businessman Peter Lim owns the KTV bar. He became controversial when President Rodrigo Duterte named him as among the drug lords in the country connected with the Chinese triad.
