Cebu Pacific cancels flights due to 'disruption' in operations
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 28) — Local airline company Cebu Pacific has issued flight cancellations to make room for a systems recovery after experiencing "unprecedented disruption" in its operations last week. It can be recalled that the company reported a security breach in one of its servers on Thursday.
Cebu Pacific apologized to its customers on Sunday, saying it would have to temporarily reduce the number of flights due to its "current operating conditions." It assured the public flight cancellations will help avoid future inconvenience to passengers and stabilize flight schedules.
