President Rodrigo Duterte hosts a dinner in Malacañang Palace on May 7, 2019.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 8) — President Rodrigo Duterte was surrounded by a few local celebrities in the dinner he hosted with his common-law wife Honeylet Avanceña on Tuesday evening.

Spotted in the event were Robin Padilla and Philip Salvador, who are both allied with the President. Former Special Assistant to the President and senatorial candidate Bong Go was also there, and so was Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez.

Gomez, in an Instagram post, said he asked the President to continue his support in making his city of jurisdiction drug-free.

Other celebrities present were Vhong Navarro, Jed Madela, Niño Muhlach and his son Alfonso, and Boy 2 Quizon.

Also in the event were members of the Gutierrez family: Eddie, Ruffa and Anabelle Rama.

Bayani Agbayani, Michael Pangilinan, Ryan Bang, Rodjun Cruz, Film Development Council of the Philippines Chairperson Liza Diño-Seguerra, former National Youth Commission Chairperson Ice Seguerra, and comedian Jayson Gainza attended the dinner too.

Other attendees were Joseph Marco, Alex Gonzaga, Toni Gonzaga and her husband Paul Soriano, Cesar Montano, and Padilla’s wife Mariel Rodriguez.

Rodriguez on Instagram said they were served a salad, mushroom soup, fillet mignon and a strawberry cheesecake. Padilla and Freddie Aguilar, also Duterte’s bet for senator, were served fish as they were practicing Islam.

Also in attendance was Gretchen Ho who was included in the Duterte ouster matrix presented by Presidential Spokesperson Sal Panelo Wednesday morning.
