Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, March 17) — Online shopping platforms Lazada, Zalora, and Shopee issued their respective operational guidelines amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

Lazada announced in their Facebook page Tuesday that their “logistics operations will be temporarily suspended.” However, they added that their website and app will continue to be active.

“Extended delivery delays are expected but to better facilitate deliveries and for the safety and well-being of customers and staff, we have temporarily suspended cash on delivery payment options for selected services.”

Zalora also announced that they have “suspended all fulfillment of orders, deliveries, and processing of returns across the country effective March 16 until further notice.”

Their website will also remain active, and will only start fulfilling orders once the quarantine is lifted.

“All deliveries or return pickups and refunds are suspended; your favorite fashion items will be kept secure and clean,” the statement added.

Shopee, on the other hand, will continue their operations and delivery services.
