As per the mayor’s social media post, Cainta has 65 suspected patients with the virus. And the municipal government will use the rapid testing method in their mass testing.

Nieto maintained that mass testing in Cainta will also be free of charge for the residents.

Nieto highlighted that those who are eligible in the mass testing activity are persons who had close contact with a COVID-19 patient and individuals who exhibit symptoms of the disease like fever, coughing, and sore throat.

The Cainta LGU will provide a mobile kiosk test booth that will be brought to the suspected patients’ house.

Medical officers from the Cainta municipal health office will get a blood sample from suspected COVID-19 patients and the results will be known in more or less 15 minutes.
