Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 3)— Despite missing a projected sweep, the golden boy of Philippine gymnastics still stands tall with two golds and two silvers so far, in his highly touted SEA Games campaign.

Carlos Yulo adds another gold under his belt Tuesday, by ruling the floor exercises category of the men's artistic gymnastics competition. He also won the artistic gymnastics all around event on Sunday.

Yulo dominated the floor exercises in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championship in Germany, qualifying for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The 19-year-old, however, settled for silver in the pommel horse and still rings categories.

Malaysia's Tan Fu Jie outperformed him in the pommel horse event with 13.967 points, while Yulo recorded 13.233.

He also landed on second place in the still rings event with Vietnam emerging on top by a hairline.

Yulo is yet to compete in the parallel bars, horizontal bar, and vault events tomorrow.
