Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 5)— Margielyn Didal just added more to her collection of awards, by winning a gold medal in the women’s Game of Skate event on Thursday, at the Tagaytay City Extreme Sports Complex.

Meanwhile, the day would not be complete without a 1-2 finish for the team, as fellow Filipina Christiana Means landed a silver in the same event as Didal.

Didal won the 2018 Asian Games crown, and was included in the TIME Magazine’s 2018 most influential teens, now ranking as the 14th best in the world.

The decorated skateboarder will also compete in the women’s street event of the 2019 Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
