Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 23) — The Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters have acquired forward Vic Manuel from the Alaska Aces for guard Brian Heruela and three draft picks.

The PBA trade committee approved the deal Tuesday.

The Aces also gave up their first (7th) and second round (19th) picks in the upcoming PBA Rookie Draft scheduled on March 14.

Aside from Heruela, the Fuel Masters have dealt their 2020 first (6th) and second round (16th) picks plus their first round pick next year.

Manuel saw action in all of Alaska's games in the 2019 PBA Philippine Cup. He averaged 15.9 points, six rebounds, and 2.1 assists in the elimination round.

The 6-foot-4 Manuel reportedly demanded a trade a month ago due to a contract conflict, but later decided to stay with the Aces.
