For a country where storm is common it's necessary to have a reliable and accurate weather and climate forecasting system.

Just recently the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Manila Observatory launched a project to improve weather and climate forecast. To tell us more about this, we have NASA Radiation Sciences Program Manager Dr. Hal Maring and Manila Observatory Executive Director Dr. Gemma Narisma.
