More businesses will reopen tomorrow in areas under MECQ. The government allows restaurants to hold indoor dining operations but only at 10-percent seating capacity, while personal care services like beauty salons and barbershops can reopen at 30-percent capacity.

Changing rules on which businesses can operate and how many customers they can accommodate are part of the new normal being shaped by quarantine protocols.
